They are trained in best-of-class activity-based learning and teaching pedagogies. In addition, lesson planning, classroom performance and contribution to co-curricular activities are under constant supervision of the Principals of each school, who believe that the quality of teaching and learning must be of the highest order day-by-da, hour-by-hour, lesson-by-lesson.

The schools are committed to staff development through a wider range of on-going in-service programmes and workshops, which cover not only academics and pedagogy by also areas such as psychological counselling, personality development and career counselling.
